Mr Francis Is the founding Director Arch Lenard Children Development Foundation. He felt the strong desire and calling upon starting the school of Arch Lenard in the community of Kkata where children with special needs were left behind and their potential buried in the isolation places of the community.

He lives in Uganda where he works at Uganda Registration Services Bureau as the Director of Finance.
